RP2 specializes in the prototyping and small series production in plastics. The combination of modern "Additive Manufacturing Technologies" and craftsmanship enables us to make products of exceptional quality. We have several high-end 3D-Printing machines available, which we use to make accurate parts with excellent surface finish. In our Professional model-shop with high-end spray-paint facilities we are able to finish the parts as needed. Unique is the use of 3D-Printing for making master patterns and molds for casting parts in Poly-Urethane plastics and silicone rubbers. This makes it possible to produce small series for testing or as production parts, without the need of high investments in production tooling. Also with MultiJet Fusion 3D-Printing we can produce small to mid-size series in PA11 and PA12 material.
