A party at Smart Factory's stand today. During the TechniShow trade fair, a new partnership was celebrated with coffee and cake. En passant, the Smart Factory solution for CNC machines was launched on the Dutch market.

Produmize has been active within the Dutch manufacturing industry for several years with innovative "out-of- the-box" Smart Industry solutions based on Thingsboard's real-time data platform. Modern production machines are directly connected to this data platform by Produmize. And older production machines are simply fitted with the Produmize IoT box to establish this connection. The collected unlocked data is then presented in real-time dashboards and the SME manufacturing company gains insight. Data-driven decisions can be made. With the data, processes can be optimised and the company can smarten up. This ensures cost savings, efficiency gains and better working conditions, for example.

"Smart Factory's connector combined with the app provides an even simpler solution for a modern CNC machinist, making it a great addition to our portfolio" said Jelle Koning, CEO Produmize.

Frank Westervoorde, CEO and founder of Smart Factory, together with his team of developers, has been working on a state-of-the-art solution for several years. This solution consists of a connector and an app. The connector itself searches for CNC machines in the network. Via an app on phone, tablet or PC, it displays the relevant data, real-time. This includes data such as status, times but also which CNC file was used for which product at which time.

Frank Westervoorde: "Produmize's experience in the SME manufacturing industry was decisive for us to enter into the partnership with them."

Smart Factory's solutions are constantly evolving. The ERP integration, for instance, will be on display at the TechniShow trade fair.

The ESEF Maakindustrie and TechniShow trade fairs are open until Friday at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. You can register via maakindustrie.nl/en.
