’s-Hertogenbosch, 22 October 2026. Since 13 October, ICN has been operating under the name auxalia. This expands the range of services available to Dutch companies in the construction and manufacturing sectors. In addition to the familiar support for BIM, engineering and design software, they can now also turn to auxalia for proprietary software, the automation of work processes and guidance on the use of AI. Contact persons, locations and services remain the same.

ICN has been part of the European auxalia WESTCAM Group since 2024. Since then, the organisations have been working ever more closely together. With a single name, this is now also evident to the market.

Specialist expertise backed by a European team

The Dutch team will continue to support clients with their strategies relating to BIM, Autodesk software, cloud environments, engineering and process optimisation. From now on, it will be able to draw on the experience of over 180 colleagues across seven countries. Clients will retain their dedicated point of contact in the Netherlands, who will combine the group’s knowledge with their own expertise. This will enable clients to get even more out of their projects in the areas of product development, production and quality assurance, whilst benefiting from experience gained from projects across Europe.

In-house software and automation

The benefits of this collaboration are already evident this year. For example, ICN has introduced auxalia’s Revit ProjectBox in the Netherlands. This enables teams working with Revit to document their BIM workflow, ensuring that every project starts according to the same standard. iFlow is also a new addition to the range. This solution automates workflows relating to Autodesk Inventor and Vault.

Under the name auxalia, further developments are on the way. PlantTools automates repetitive tasks and data management in AutoCAD Plant 3D. auxalia Automation links Autodesk Forma and other business systems, eliminating the need to manually transfer data from one system to another.

AI and the cloud in practice

When it comes to AI and the cloud, auxalia first looks at the client’s process. Together with the client, the team identifies where the most time is lost in design, construction or production, and where AI or cloud-based collaboration can resolve this. auxalia then implements the solution and, through training and support, ensures that staff actually use it on a daily basis. This includes AI within Autodesk software, such as Autodesk Assistant, and collaboration in Autodesk Forma Industry Cloud.

More time for design, engineering and production

Patrick Kluin, director of auxalia in the Netherlands:
“ICN’s customers have known for years that they can come to us for Autodesk software. As auxalia, we can now help them even further. For our clients in the construction and manufacturing sectors, it is difficult to find skilled technical staff, whilst a great deal of time is still spent on tasks that could be automated. That is where they stand to gain the most. Our ambition is for customers to be able to organise their entire process more intelligently, from the initial design right through to production. We’re working towards this step by step with our customers, using the people they already know.”
