Utrecht - The Dutch manufacturing industry is buzzing with innovation. To make this renewal power visible, FPT - Federatie Productietechnologie invites companies and development teams to submit their innovation for the TechniShow Innovation Award 2026. The award is presented biennially during the TechniShow and provides a podium for technologies and solutions that contribute to the future of manufacturing.
The TechniShow Innovation Award is for concrete, applicable innovations within the manufacturing industry and production technology. From smart automation and digitalisation to sustainable, circular production methods: all innovations that add demonstrable value to the industry are eligible. Participation is free; submissions can be made until 13 February 2026.
Podium for impactful innovation
With the award, FPT wants to show which technological solutions are already contributing today to major transitions in industry, such as sustainability, productivity improvement and chain optimisation. An independent expert jury assesses the entries on technological innovation, circularity, market readiness and practical applicability, among other things.
Three finalists will be selected from all entries. These finalists will be emphatically in the spotlight: not only during TechniShow 2026, but also in the period thereafter. They benefit from extensive media attention and visibility within the industry, and present their innovation during the official award ceremony.

A networking reception will take place afterwards.
