Utrecht 30 January 2024 - From 12 to 15 March, Royal Jaarbeurs will open its doors for the ESEF Maakindustrie trade fair. With the theme 'The makeability of tomorrow', more than 175 exhibitors will show how the manufacturing industry deals with topics such as digitalisation, robotisation and sustainability. Ricardo Vivas, fair manager ESEF Maakindustrie: "We offer an extensive knowledge programme with leading speakers such as Martin van Dord (NRK), Jeroen Broekhuijsen (TNO) and Jelle Koning (Podumize). These frontrunners will explain current topics on circular plastics, smarter working and the digital future of the industry, among others. Everyone can get ready for an inspiring fair." The ESEF Maakindustrie trade fair will take place simultaneously with the TechniShow trade fair. Leaders talking about the future of the manufacturing industry In various theatres, visitors will gain knowledge during sessions by inspiring speakers. So for us, enough reason to set up a special programme component for women in the Manufacturing Industry."Deep dive into latest technologies and innovations At the trade fair, experts from Teqnow Koninklijke Metaalunie will provide themed tours for visitors. Professionals will get insights into improving business processes through data. In addition, visitors will receive explanations on how to achieve a manageable, reproducible and error-free production process. Ricardo Vivas: "We offer these theme tours especially to executives and work planners of SME manufacturing companies who feel the need to improve processes, but are not sure where to start."'Make' and 'buy' under one roof The ESEF Maakindustrie trade fair takes place at the same time as the TechniShow trade fair. The strength of this combination is that it brings 'make' and 'buy' under one roof.Together, ESEF Maakindustrie and TechniShow form the largest platform in the Benelux in the field of industrial production technology, processing and treatment of metals, plastics, accessories and tools.
