When you are registered as an exhibitor, you will have access to My Jaarbeurs where you can arrange all kinds of matters concerning technology, services, food & beverages and furnishings, among other things.

Toolkit 2026

Especially for exhibitors, media and press contacts, we have compiled a toolkit with royalty-free images, logos, banners and other promotional materials for the TechniShow and ESEF Maakindustrie 2026 trade fair.

Down payment for participation

Once you have decided to confirm your participation in the trade fair, the contract will be drawn up and signed.

When signing the contract, a 25% deposit is charged.

General terms and conditions

Your trade fair participation is subject to the General Terms and Conditions for Trade Fair Participation or General Terms and Conditions for Co-exhibitors.

Zero-emission and environmental zone

From 1 January 2025, the municipality of Utrecht will introduce a zero-emission zone. A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission company cars and trucks are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions. Jaarbeurs lies within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. This means that you are not allowed to park or load and unload on our (parking) area if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements.

Gourmet catering

For over 100 years, Jaarbeurs has been catering for organisers, exhibitors and visitors. From a lunch delivered to the stand, an expert barista, to a fully catered drink.

At Jaarbeurs, we understand and motivate you to create your own atmosphere during the fair, including providing food and drinks at your stand.
