Trade fair preparation

Make sure you’re fully prepared for a successful trade fair appearance. On this page, you’ll find all the information you need to prepare properly for your participation in ESEF Manufacturing. This includes practical information, important deadlines, promotional materials and tips on how to get the most out of your trade fair appearance. As the 2028 edition draws nearer, we’ll be updating this page step by step with new information and useful downloads. So do check back regularly to stay up to date with the latest updates.

MyJaarbeurs allows you to prepare your participation quickly and efficiently. Here you will find everything you need to prepare for the fair in the form of a checklist. You will also find information on setting up and dismantling, the event platform and the web shop here.

Down payment for participation

Once you have decided to confirm your participation in the trade fair, the contract will be drawn up and signed.

When signing the contract, a 25% deposit is charged.

Your trade fair participation is subject to the General Terms and Conditions for Trade Fair Participation or General Terms and Conditions for Co-exhibitors.

Zero-emission and environmental zone

From 1 January 2025, the municipality of Utrecht will introduce a zero-emission zone. A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission company cars and trucks are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions. Jaarbeurs lies within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. This means that you are not allowed to park or load and unload on our (parking) area if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements.

Gourmet catering

For over 100 years, Jaarbeurs has been catering for organisers, exhibitors and visitors. From a lunch delivered to the stand, an expert barista, to a fully catered drink.

At Jaarbeurs, we understand and motivate you to create your own atmosphere during the fair, including providing food and drinks at your stand.
