Step 1: Choose your location

You can choose from different types of stand locations; a row, corner, head or island stand. The basic rate applies per m² bare surface area, excluding stand construction and VAT.

Step 2: Choose your stand

Your stand is the first thing a visitor sees, so a professional and recognisable appearance is important. Save on stand construction costs with one of our complete full service stand construction packages. You can choose from different types of stands; basic, complete, deluxe, first class or sustainable.

Would you rather build your own stand? That is also possible from 20 m². Ask about the possibilities.

Step 3: Choose your participation package

Determine your focus: branding, leads or both? We offer various participation packages. Choose the package that best suits your marketing objective: Start, Leads, Branding or Campaign.

Participation in the exhibition requires a participation package. Choose the package that best suits your objectives. We will gladly advise you!

Inform yourself

Besides choosing a location, stand construction and participation package, there are various other options to complete your participation. Below is an overview.

In addition, there are a number of things we would like to share with you in advance, so there are no surprises, such as:

Theme squares

Centrally on the exhibition floor, you will find four theme squares, each highlighting a topical and strategically important subject in which you can participate as an exhibitor.

The 4 theme squares are: FPT Factory of the Future, FPT Semicon Square, FPT Defence Square and the Green Manufacturing Square.

Visibility Packages

Make more impact on the show floor, you can! Get the most out of your participation and opt for extra visibility on the show floor. The only thing left to do is choose. Will you go for Branding, Lead Generation or Total Campaign (combination of branding and lead generation)?

Career and start-up street

On the exhibition floor, 2 areas have been specially reserved for the Start-up Street and the Career Street. These locations will also each be given a separate eye-catching colour on the floor plan.

Exhibitors who stand in one of these 2 streets will have 6 m² of space in front of the stand to place a demo.

Extra exposure

For companies that want to raise their profile, we offer extra exposure in the form of sponsorship opportunities, branding and advertising. Think for example of a promo point, lanyards and WiFi sponsorship or put yourself in the spotlight with all trade fair visitors via the XL screens.

Gourmet catering

For over 100 years, Jaarbeurs has been catering for organisers, exhibitors and visitors. From a lunch delivered to the stand, an expert barista, to a fully catered drink.
