Tesla presented its new flagship model, the Tesla Model S Plaid recently during Tesla Battery Day. An impressive new model coming to market in late 2021.
Unprecedented performance
The 1,100 hp powerful engine delivers a whopping top speed of 320 km/h and drives from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.1 seconds. Impressive, for sure, but the range is really one to be proud of. Over 840 kilometres! For that, this new Tesla scion has no less than three electric motors and a huge battery pack. Its smaller sister achieves "only" 640 kilometres.
The price is also worth noting. The expected starting price in the Netherlands will be a sloppy €139,990. Enthusiastic? You can already order it in the configurator on Tesla's site.
